Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and Account Balances. CASHDROP DIGITAL WALLET LLC partners with financial services software company Dwolla and Its own banking services provider member FDIC, to offer you electronic fund transfers and provide you with an account. By registering for our platform, linking your external bank account, and authorizing any electronic payment, you authorize us to share your identity and banking information with Dwolla and its banking Partner to support your Account. You also agree to the terms and conditions of Dwolla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure the data you provide to us is accurate and complete, which is necessary for our partners to process electronic fund transfers on your behalf and provide you with continued access to the Account. The Partner Privacy Terms may be modified from time to time, and the governing versions are incorporated by reference as part of this Privacy Policy. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PARTNER PRIVACY TERMS BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
