Terms of Service


Effective: July 22, 2025

CashDrop App is a Person to Business and Business to Person Payment Platform and the Sole purpose of this platform is to be used in the United States.

All necessary provisions are in place to prevent them from being used outside the United States.

CashDrop is a mobile app platform DBA, named part of CASHDROP DIGITAL WALLET LLC, which allows approved customers to send money to approved business accounts and vice versa. It does not allow person to person payment or any kind of connectivity.

In order to use the payment functionality of our application, you must open a "Sila Account" provided by Sila Money, a Fintech API platform and you must accept the Sila Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in or transferred through your Sila Account are held or transferred by Sila's financial institution partners. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Sila Account. You authorize us to collect and share with Sila your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. You understand that you will access and manage your Sila Account through our application, and Sila account notifications will be sent by us, not Sila. We will provide customer support for your Sila Account activity, and can be reached support@cashdropdigitalwallet.com or 307-337-6685.

These CashDrop Terms of Service (the “CashDrop Terms”) are a legal agreement between you, as a current or prospective user of the Services, and CASHDROP DIGITAL WALLET, LLC (hereafter, "we", "our" or "us"), and governs your use of CashDrop, A Mobile Customer to Business and Business to Customer Payment platform offered by Travis. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you acknowledge and agree that you have authority to bind such a business or entity and that such business or entity accepts these terms. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these CashDrop Terms and any policies referenced.

Please note that you should review all CashDrop Terms carefully, including those provisions which limit our liability and those regarding individual arbitration for potential legal disputes.

Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and Account Balances.

CASHDROP DIGITAL WALLET LLC partners with financial services software company Sila and its own banking services provider member FDIC, to offer you electronic fund transfers and provide you with an account. By registering for our platform, linking your external bank account, and authorizing any electronic payment, you authorize us to share your identity and banking information with Sila and its banking Partner to support your Account. You also agree to the terms and conditions of Sila Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure the data you provide to us is accurate and complete, which is necessary for our partners to process electronic fund transfers on your behalf and provide you with continued access to the Account. The Partner Privacy Terms may be modified from time to time, and the governing versions are incorporated by reference as part of this Privacy Policy. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PARTNER PRIVACY TERMS BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

User Eligibility and Responsibilities

To be eligible to use this Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and a lawful resident of the United States. Users are obligated to adhere to this Policy and to all other applicable terms, conditions, and guidelines established by CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC. CashDrop’s Rights to Modify Terms

CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms and any related policies at any time. Such modifications shall become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Disclaimers, limitation of liability

The Services provided by CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory. CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with:

In no event shall the total liability of CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).


Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the Services (collectively, “Disputes”), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good faith negotiations. If the Dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the Dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and held at a mutually agreed location within the United States.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking equitable or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm or to preserve the status quo.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to cooperate fully with CashDrop Digital Wallet LLC in asserting any available defenses.

Interest

CahDrop does not give any interest on the money/balance in the Customer or Business Account Digital wallet.


Minimum Balance.

Business or Individual Customers do not need to maintain any minimal balance and there is no additional monthly or annual charge of not maintain any balance in the CashDrop Wallet.


Services and Features.

CashDrop is Person to Business (P2B) and Business to Person (B2P). It is not a (P2P) payment platform. This platform is designed for a very specific industry segment. Person/Individual can download the app and individuals will not be able to use it until CashDrop provides approval. Similarly, any business trying to use the platform needs to contact the CashDrop Support team and CashDrop support will provide guidance to be onboard and. This is not an open platform where any customer or business can use it.

Individual/Person can download the app and register and then, after electronic approval can link the bank account and should be able to do following

  1. Add Cash in Digital Wallet

  2. Send money to only business account ( Instant or 1-3 business day) 

  3. Redeem or Cash out from Digital Wallet to Bank Account.

Business Entity can download the app from the App store and register by communicating with CashDrop Support Staff and after all approval can do the following.

  1. Receive money from Individuals.

  2. Send Money to Individual

  3. Cash Out from CashDrop Wallet to Bank Account

Opening Fees.

CashDrop has no  opening fees to any Individual or Business Account.
